Tally is a startup in San Francisco building and deploying AI agents for public accounting firms to automate associate-level work across tax, accounting, audit, assurance, and advisory.

We are hiring for a founding software engineer with AI experience to join the team, 5 days a week in person. Compensation is competitive and equity is outsized as a founding member.
